Performance Apparel Innovation: SCI FIT 1

A Technological Innovation Combining Performance Fabric with a Lush Texture, designed to Stretch and Fit All Bodies

In the years since Prana and Lululemon first exploded on the scene and into yogis’ hearts, there have been many innovations in this sector of performance apparel. Yoga garments now hold their shape better and maintain a stretchy, firm fit wash after wash and designs that come in darker fabrics have all but eliminated the issue of grin through (i.e. the fabric stretching and becoming see through for the wearer). However, lighter colored fabrics can still be a nightmare for the consumer, and several of the most popular brands have experienced this unfortunate reveal.

SCI FIT 1 is a technical solution that benefits all.  Delivering performance for the consumer and strength for your brand.  The product offers 4-Way stretch compression interlock with a peached finish and moisture management. The SCI FIT 1 fabric is denser thanks to a packed knit construction with more “picks and ends”, which creates a uniquely luxurious feel and better recovery.  Sport Casuals product development experts have worked closely with our factory teams testing and perfecting the combination of fabric and knits to arrive at this solution.  A solution that we have tested with both machine and humans to eliminate the dreaded grin through.

SCI FIT 1 was created out of the belief that every consumer, regardless of body type should feel confident in their fit.  And they should be able to rock their look, not only in darker colors, but also lighter colors and prints, without worry of grin-through.  No longer the need to compromise.  More selection means more opportunity to perform and express one's individuality.
